Nothing gives us more satisfaction than seeing a project transition from initial sketches on a drafting table to a tangible, beautiful reality. Today, we are thrilled to unveil our latest residential completion in Hobart. In this project, we had the privilege of driving the entire design vision from the striking exterior facade to the finest interior details.
This stunning modern home has just been completed. It is now officially open to the market, ready to welcome its first owners.
We wanted to take you on a virtual tour to highlight the design thinking behind this build and demonstrate how our holistic approach to building design creates spaces that are both functional and beautiful.
For this project, our goal was to create a home that felt contemporary yet inviting, utilising high-end finishes that appeal to modern buyers while ensuring practical liveability. Because we handled both architectural drafting and interior styling, we ensured a consistent language throughout the entire property.

The open-plan living area is designed to be the social hub of the house. We utilised large windows to flood the space with natural Tasmanian light, highlighting the beautiful timber flooring.
The kitchen is a true standout. We moved away from standard all-white kitchens, opting instead for a sophisticated palette of calming sage-green joinery, contrasted with crisp white elements and a textured subway-tile splashback.
The design is further elevated by the inclusion of brushed-gold tapware and distinctive overhead lighting fixtures. These metallic accents add a touch of luxury and warmth, proving that functional spaces can also be architectural statements.

Bathrooms should be sanctuaries. In this Hobart home, we leaned into a feeling of opulent relaxation.
The main bathroom features striking floor-to-ceiling marble-look tiling, creating a seamless, high-end spa aesthetic. A deep, freestanding bathtub serves as the focal point, complemented once again by those consistent brushed-gold fixtures and a large backlit circular mirror. The result is a bright, clean, and incredibly luxurious space.

The bedrooms were designed with rest and practicality in mind. We prioritised natural light through expansive windows, while ensuring ample storage with sleek, built-in wardrobes that don't clutter the room's visual space.
