There is nothing quite like the smell of fresh timber and the sight of a structure rising from the ground. We believe that the true test of a great design is how well it translates from the computer screen to the construction site.

Today, we are excited to share a progress update on one of our residential projects currently underway in Old Beach, Hobart.

It is incredible to think that just six months ago, this home was merely a concept on paper. We spent that time refining the layout, perfecting the flow, and ensuring every detail was captured in the blueprints.
Now, fast-forward to today, and we are witnessing those lines and dimensions turn into a solid reality. Seeing the physical results of our documentation is always a proud moment for our team.
As captured in the recent site photos, the construction team has been making excellent headway:

This project in Old Beach serves as a perfect example of why high-quality working drawings are essential. When the design phase is handled with care and precision, it allows builders to execute the timber framing and structural elements efficiently, minimising delays and errors on-site.
We love visiting our sites to see the "bones" of the house come together, knowing that our planning is providing a solid foundation for a family’s future home.
Are you sitting on an idea for a new home? Whether you are in Old Beach, Howrah, or anywhere in Greater Hobart, we can help guide you from that first sketch to the final build.
